Fantastic culinary skills today from 4M, making the perfect cheese omelette.
Working in small groups pupils watched a video then completed the task with minimum staff input, showing their increasing confidence and independence - PFA
The skills we used today were - teamwork, problem solving, cracking, whisking, seasoning, cooking, grating, folding, washing, cleaning.
